TSI Products Overview

Through partnerships with research institutions worldwide TSI have developed over 200 precision instruments. They have 25 technology licenses and 50 patents spanning scientific to industrial manufacturing applications. TSI serve a global market by investigating, identifying and solving measurement problems such as aerosol science, air flow, chemical analysis, indoor air quality, fluid dynamics, and biohazard detection.

TSI is proud to expand its portfolio with industry leading instrumentation from Quest (Personal Noise Dosimeters, Sound Level Meters, Heat Stress Monitors, Indoor Air Quality/Particulate Monitors).

These can assess parameters, such as temperature, humidity, outdoor air calculations, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide and airborne particles, which are important in monitoring occupant thermal comfort and assuring healthy indoor environments. Our instruments can measure and monitor airborne dust or aerosol mass concentrations in industrial and outdoor settings.

TSI Quest Edge Personal Noise Dosimeters are comfortable, compact dosimeters that easily mount to your shoulder. Choose from multiple dosimeter offerings that can simultaneously measure against separate industry standards, all in one compact unit.

Facilities containing hydronic (water) systems are typically balanced for terminal flow using differential pressures. Balancing hydronic systems reduces energy consumption, saves money and enhances system performance.

TSI Hydronic Manometers HM675 and HM685 are used to balance hydronic heating and cooling systems, check pump performance and to set balancing valves. Both models can measure and display differential, high side, and low side pressures simultaneously, without the need to change hose connections or instrument valve settings.

In many of today’s workplace environments, a respirator and a proper respirator fit test are critical components of employee respiratory protection. Fire service and law enforcement employees, as well as industrial companies and healthcare professionals have come to depend on properly fitting respirators for protection from respiratory hazards, such as chemical and environmental hazards, as well as airborne biohazards.

When implemented correctly, a respirator fit testing program can help ensure that the highest respiratory protection levels are achieved through a properly sized and donned respirator.

From quantitative fit testing equipment to mask integrity testing equipment, TSI helps you comply with regulated standards and ensure your workers’ respiratory safety.

TSI DustTrak™ II and DRX monitors are light years ahead of any other. The DustTrak DRX monitor, for instance, simultaneously measures both mass and size fraction – something no other dust monitor can do. Measure PM1, PM2.5, Respirable, PM10 and TPM simultaneously with no need for size-selective inlet conditioners. When it comes to work comfort and productivity, as well as risk management, don’t you want the best? If you want features that Drive Real-Time, Accurate Results – TSI DustTrak™ Aerosol Monitors Leave Everyone Else in the Dust.

With a new graphical user interface with color touch-screen TSI Dust meters Battery operated, Easy to program, and easy to operate. They measure aerosol contaminants such as dust, smoke, fumes and mists using data-logging, light scattering laser photometers. Offering Real-time mass concentration readings Dust Monitors are available in desktop and handheld models.

Certified Flow Analysers

Indoor air quality control requires reliable instruments that produce accurate, consistent results. TSI manufactures and distributes the highest quality instruments designed to measure air quality and to identify CO and CO2 gases.

TSI’s IAQ-Calc™ Indoor Air Quality Meters are outstanding instruments for investigating and monitoring indoor air quality (IAQ). The Model 7515 is a cost-effective IAQ meter for carbon dioxide (CO2) measurements. The Models 7525 and 7545 simultaneously measure and data log multiple parameters. The Model 7525 measures CO2, temperature, humidity, and calculates dew point, wet bulb temperature and percent outside air. The Model 7545 adds detection of carbon monoxide (CO).

We also carry Q-Trak IAQ monitors that simultaneously detect CO, CO2, temperature and humidity. Monitors are designed to calculate dew point, wet bulb and percent air outside.
